By accessing or using the Onwords website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Onwords provides smart home automation, gate automation, and security system design, installation, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and project requirements.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates and subject to change based on final site survey and design consultation. Pricing may vary with specifications and material selection. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the proposal document.

• Prices are inclusive of installation and commissioning unless stated otherwise.
• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing rates.
• Payment terms are as specified in individual proposals.

4. Warranty & Support

Products and installations carry manufacturer warranties as applicable. First-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is included at no additional cost for eligible projects. Extended AMC is available on a yearly subscription basis.

Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, negligence, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Onwords and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Onwords shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
